This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel and whether you're entitled to a refund. RVroute is a digital subscription service; no physical goods are shipped, so there is no shipping or returns policy.
01Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
02Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period unless required by law. EU/UK consumers may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
- Monthly plans: cancelling stops the next charge; the current month is non-refundable.
- Yearly plans: cancelling stops the next yearly charge; the current year is non-refundable except where required by law.
- Free Map plan: no charge, nothing to refund.
03EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. BecauseRVroute is digital content, if you ask us to start the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply. Where the right still applies, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the unused portion.
04Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you've been charged in error or twice, email us within 60 days and we'll investigate and refund any genuine billing error.
05How to request a refund
Email support@rvtransportnz.com from your account email with your account details and reason. We aim to respond to billing and support requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
For some purchases, your subscription is sold and your payment is processed by Creem acting as our authorised Merchant of Record; Creem appears on your statement and issues your receipt and any applicable tax invoice. Where Creem is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued by Creem on our instruction — please contact us first, quoting the receipt Creem sent you.
When paid via Stripe, this charge appears as RVROUTE TRIP on your statement.
06Chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge or have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute before contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated. We will respond to any payment dispute within the timeframe required by the relevant payment provider.
07Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-excludable rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
